There seems to be renewed energy from Shoqata Atdhetare Dibrane, a non for profit organization based in New York. Let's hope that the new director (Ilir Rusi) and new website (dibra.us) will produce more fruitful results and provide the Dibran community in New York with much needed portal and community services then the previous board of directors.
